After a cursory search on the interwebs for an instant pot Boston Brown Bread, this is the only close recipe that showed up. I also didn't have the selections of flour called for. I subbed 1 cup masa harina, 1 cup self rising flour and 1 cup of rice flour and it turned out fine. My experience is that you can use any flour you have on hand. The batter filled 2 1 pint mason jars, a 15 oz aluminum can and a little left over for a 1 cup mason jar. Sprayed a generous amount of oil in them. They all popped out after a few brisk taps on a cutting board. So good!
