  1. This is a great drink, but it doesnt taste like a BCPie...but its a good shot and very tasty anyway. Note also that the color does not come out white, it comes out a light brown for those of you interested in those types of details.

  2. This drink ROCKS! We needed something special to kick off our Labor Day celebration, and our party Diva MaryBeth suggested this drink. She nailed it although I would compare the taste to a chocolate eclaire more than Boston cream pie. This should certainly be a Labor Day to remember!!!

  3. I agree! Yum! I also agree that it doesnt really taste like Boston Cream Pie- but it DOES taste DARN good! Thanks for this easy and yummy recipe!

  4. My husband made this for me twice in the past week. I also don't think it tastes like Boston Cream Pie, but we loved it nonetheless. Thanks so much!

  5. I'm not sure it taste like Boston Cream Pie, but it still is very good. I was out of Godiva so I used Crème de cacao, which might account for a difference in flavors. Thanks for posting!

I am a very busy girl with a two year old boy and a crazy full time job! With all that I do not have alot of time to cook, but I love cooking and serving my family homemade food. I love reading cookbooks so this site is a major hit with me. I love getting feedback on my recipes and giving feedback to others. I love being able to post a request and getting all of the help from people everywhere. In the summer I love canning and making my own jellies and jams. I usually end up giving it away as gifts, that always seemed like a more personal gift. What could be better than something homemade?
