  1. This recipe was quick and easy to make and endedup tasting a lot like Chinese takeout. I used low sodium soy sauce and the salt level was perfect.

  2. Delish! Since several of our dining Companions are friends of Bill, we love having a booze free version !

  3. A good recipe, especially the flavor. Next time I'll make a few modifications to improve the sodium content and appearance. I'll try 1/3 (not 2/3) cup lower sodium soy sauce and and I'll use 1-1/2 lbs fresh broccoli. A chopped red bell pepper would add nice color and another vegetable. I'll cook the vegetables until just tender, otherwise the broccoli will lose its color and the dish will look pretty bland. I'll try adding a can of pineapple next time as well. Finally, before boiling the sauce I'll thicken it with a tablespoon of corn starch mixed with a tablespoon of water. Thanks for the recipe!

  4. My dear sweet sister gave me this exact recipe about a year ago. This is one of my top three favorite dishes. So easy and very, very tasty. I sometimes use a frozen asperagus stir fry mixed veggie in this and it works very well. I would only suggest to double the sauce recipe. I love the sauce on the rice! Thanks for posting this, everyone should try it!!
