  • 4 kaiser rolls, split
  • 4 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • 12 cup chopped drained marinated pickled vegetables
  • 4 provolone cheese slices
  • 3 slices cotto salami, cut in half
  • 3 slices bologna, cut in half
  • 3 slices chopped ham, cut in half
  • 4 slices tomatoes
  • 4 lettuce leaves

Directions

  1. Spread bottom halves of rolls with mustard.
  2. Cover each with 2 Tablespoons of the marinated vegetables and 1 cheese slice.
  3. Top evenly with the meat, tomatoes and lettuce.
  4. Cover with top halves of rolls.
