Excellent as always!! I got a recipe just like this from Southern Living a few years ago. We used it a lot (my mum and I) and then proceeded to loose the recipe... Anyway the other day we were looking for this recipe for my Christmas party and here it is!! The Cottage Cheese makes it different than the others I think. The folks that came to my party were downing this stuff like crazy. Even the guys loved it. Some folks were trying to guess what the ingredients were (they couldn't). Others have emailed me asking for the recipe. This is SO simple to make and really yummy!! I make mine with the Neufchatel cheese instead of regular cream cheese. Same great taste, just lower calories!!
