  • Place Chicken in a pot.
  • Cover with water, add salt.
  • Bring to a rolling boil for 20-25 minutes.
  • Remove chicken and pick meat clean.
  • Saute onions and pepper 5 minutes in a skillet.
  • Add chicken meat, 3 ladles of water used to boil chicken, cumin and chili powder. Cook until reduced by half. 10 minutes.
  • Serve in favorite tortillas.
