  • Quarter and shred the Savoy cabbage.
  • Heat all the olive oil in a heavy-based saucepan, add the crushed garlic cloves and cook for 30sec.
  • Add the cabbage; cook, stirring, for 5min.
  • Season, stir in the chopped parsley and serve.
