Bran Cereal Cookies

"Tempted to eat these for breakfast everyday. These are a staple as a breakfast food on the long drive to Grandma's house. You can add raisins or any other dried fruit if you desire. Honey, can we stop for a coffee? I know we have only been driving 10 minutes!"

  1. I didn't have any all bran so I used 2.5 cups of posts great grains instead. I also had to add another 1/2 cup of flour, probably because of the sub. These were delicious

  2. Delicious! I had an extra half a bag of Skor bits I threw in, so they weren't as healthy as they could have been, but they were so good I'm going to make these again now and hopefully there will be some left for lunches tomorrow!

  3. Absolutely phenomenal! This was delicious, not too sweet and not gritty (and I was skeptical b/c I normally hate bran anything -.o). I didn't have all bran cereal as a whole, but I did have all-bran cereal breadcrumbs (bran cereal crushed in the blender), so I used those. And I added a 1/2 tsp more cinnamon, personal preference lol. When I baked them, I shaped them like balls at first, but they didn't expand, but it's ok b/c they looked like muffin tops. Will defenitely make again, thanks for the recipe ^^

  4. I just made these cookies. They were really bland and the bottoms were burnt. I didn't like them at all. I cut the recipe down to make one dozen but it barely made 6.
