  • 14 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (300 ml) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk (regular or low-fat)
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 12 cups strong coffee
  • 1 tablespoon imitation rum (or to taste) or 1 tablespoon brandy extract (or to taste)

  • In a large saucepan combine cocoa and salt. Stir in sweetened condensed milk.
  • Over medium heat, slowly stir in water and coffee; heat thoroughly but do not boil. Stir in rum extract. Serve immediately.
  • Garnish with whipped cream for a nice treat!

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
