  • Preheat oven to 450°F.
  • Combine bread crumbs, thyme, salt and pepper on a plate.
  • Combine chutney and lemon juice, spread completely over each chop.
  • Coat each chop with the bread crumb mixture and place on a greased baking sheet.
  • Bake about 20-25 minutes or until done.
