Directions

  1. Mix dry ingredients in large bowl.
  2. Combine liquids and add to dry.
  3. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Remove from pan while still warm.
  6. Cool on rack.
  7. Variations: Mexican Chocolate Cookies: add 1 tsp cinnamon and almonds.
  8. Cinnamon Sugar Cookies: omit cocoa add 1 tsp cinnamon.
  9. Cappuccino Cookies; add 1 tsp cinnamon, and 2 Tbsp instant coffee.
