  1. A perfect loaf of bread. The texture was light and the flavor was not overpowering. I used the bread machine on dough cycle, transferred to a loaf pan for the final rise & popped it in a 350-degree oven for 25 minutes. Once again, Perfect!!!! & delicious with butter!
