  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Tear bread into cubes and place in 9x13 pan.
  3. Sprinkle bread with raisins, brown sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Beat together eggs, white sugar, salt and vanilla extract.
  5. Slowly mix scalded milk into egg mixture.
  6. Pour mixture over bread.
  7. Bake at 350 for 60 min.
