Seasoned Breaded Shrimp

"I never liked shrimp until I tried this recipe. I have used this as an appetizer at Christmas and as a meal with rice. I received this recipe from my step- mother. She got it from her son in California. It is absolutely delicious. I have made it over and over."

  1. Way too long to marinate shrimp. I figured that 2 hours tops would be enough, the shrimp was tough, and the breading didn’t adhere to the shrimp. The flavor was nice, but the total result was not. The posted pic is not of this recipe. It looks more like a commercial frozen shrimp product.

I teach Special Education here in the Saratoga Springs, NY area. I absolutely love it here. I enjoy traveling - wish I could do it more often. I enjoy cooking and baking. Maybe that's why I am addicted to the Food Network. I watch it nonstop.
