  • 1 cup gluten free breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 turkey breast cutlets
  • 14 cup olive oil

  • In a shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, italian seasoning, garlic, basil and oregano. Pour milk into another shallow bowl. Dip turkey in milk, then roll in crumbs.
  • In a large skillet, cook turkey over medium heat in oil for 4-5 minute on each side or until juices run clear. Dreain on paper towels.
