  • 1 lb uncooked turkey breast cutlets (8)
  • 8 slices deli turkey ham (thin slicses, 1/4 ounce each)
  • 8 slices reduced-fat swiss cheese (1/2 ounce each)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 7 tablespoons dry breadcrumbs
  • 34 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 18 teaspoon paprika
  • 3 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise

  • Flatten turkey cutlets to 1/8-in. thickness. Top each with a slice of ham and cheese; spread with mustard. Roll up tightly and secure with toothpicks.
  • In a shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, salt, pepper and paprika. Brush with turkey roll-ups with mayonnaise, then coat with crumb mixture.
  • Place in an 11-in. x 7-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, at 425° for 20-25 minutes or until meat juices run clear.

  1. These are delicious. A little time consuming to make, but well worth it. We eat low sodium as much as we can so we used low sodium boars head ham along with the swiss. We also left out the salt and pepper and they were seasoned plenty from the bread crumbs.
     
  2. These were easy to make & very delicious. I did use provolone cheese in place of the swiss. Made for PRMR

I am the mother of two beautiful boys. I love to bake and cook which has helped me to become very overweight. I have lost 50 pounds this past year and have been learning to cook "lighter".
