  • Preheat oven to 360°F.
  • Grease or butter an 8x8 square tin pan.
  • Heat honey and butter in a saucepan and stir until butter has melted and is well combined with honey. Turn off the heat and add mixture to all other ingredients.
  • Mix all ingredient well and pour into the prepared pan.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
  • Cool in refrigerator until set. ( about 30-45 min,).
  • Cut into bars and wrap each bar individually with wax/baking paper as they are sticky! Then store in an airtight container in the refridgerator.
  • ***Note that you will want to eat these straight from the fridge as warmer temperatures with soften the bar up too much.
  • prep time doesn't include cooling and cutting the bars afterwards.
