- 1⁄2 cup mashed banana (about 1 large)
- 1⁄2 cup peanut butter
- 1⁄2 cup honey or 1/2 cup Karo syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup oats
- 1⁄2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1⁄4 cup powdered milk
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1⁄4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup dried cranberries (or raisens or chocolate chips)
directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F Combine mashed banana, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla. In another bowl combine remaining ingreds. Add to banana mixture. Add berries, raisen or choc. chips.
- Use large scoop and drop about 3 inches apart. Flatten just a bit. Bake for 14-16 minutes.
