  • cook eggs.
  • cook sausage.
  • saute onion and pepper.
  • mix eggs, sausage or bacon, and salsa together.
  • put mixture and cheese in tortilla.
  • fold
  • wrap each in foil and put in freezer bag and freeze.
  • when ready to eat thaw over night and microwave, or just remove foil and microwave.
  • serve with sour cream and/or salsa.
