  1. In a large frying pan, cook bacon and onion until bacon is crisp; drain.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl then add bacon and onions. Transfer to a greased 13x9x2"-inch baking dish.
  3. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until set and bubbly. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
