ingredients
- 1 dozen beaten egg
- 1 loaf bread (or 4 hamburger buns)
- 1 1⁄2 cups diced ham or 1 sausage, cooked & drained
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1⁄2 cup salsa
- 1⁄4 cup onion, diced
- grated cheddar cheese
directions
- Break up bread.
- Add to beaten eggs.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Combine the rest of ingredients with egg mixture.
- Pour into a 9 by 13 pan.
- Top with cheddar cheese.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake at 350 for approx.
- 40 minutes.
