  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In large mixing bowl slowly mix the ingredients together in the order listed.
  • Stir until well blended.
  • Drop by level Tablespoons, 2 inches apart onto parchment lined cookie sheet.
  • Gently flatten with either a fork, bottom of a cup or your hand.
  • Bake 10-14 minutes, or until Golden.
  • Remove from oven to wire rack to cool.
  • Store in air-tight container.
