  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
  • In a large bowl combine butter and granulated sugar together until mixture forms a smooth paste
  • Add eggs one at a time beating after each addition. Mix in almonds, raisins and rolled oats, beat until well combined
  • In a medium size bowl stir together flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda and salt.
  • Slowly add dry ingredients to wet mixture and form a smooth dough.
  • Drop by teaspoon small amounts onto a greased cookie sheet placing 2 inches apart.
  • Bake in preheated oven for approximately 10 minutes.
  • Place on a wire rack to cool completely before storing in a container for storage.
