Breakfast Oatmeal Bake

"I tweaked this from the recipe on Broken and Bougie.  You can also make them into muffins but will need to lower the baking time.  I bake them, cool and then freeze in individual portions so I can warm them up anytime without worrying if i'll eat it all before it goes bad."

  • Grease a 13x9" pan and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix together the maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, salt, almond milk, egg and vanilla.
  • Add in fruit, flax seed, chia seed, and oatmeal. Mix well.
  • Pour into the prepared pan and slice banana all over the top.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes.
