  1. These are the best little pies I have ever tasted. In fact, the youngest ate all but two. The pies were supposed to be for breakfast in the morning for a couple of days. Needless to say, the youngest could not get enough of them and ate them all up right out of the oven. I recommended doubling this recipe if you have especially hearty eaters such as my yougest, and especially if it is something he likes. Thanx so much for posting, for it is hard to find good breakfast recipes.

  2. Very good recipe. I made this for Easter brunch. The only change I made was to use bacon instead of sausage...just a personal preference. I will definately make this again. It's great to have for company. Thanks for the recipe.

  3. Great recipe. I made it for my wife on mothers day. She loved it. I used half and half in place of light cream. We had half the pie left and it made great leftovers. Just put it in the micro for 1.30 min.

  4. What a great recipe! I pre-baked my crust and used cheddar instead of swiss...and it still turned out wonderful! I will definitely be making this again. Thanks, Dorothy!

  5. I made this on 9/6/08 for the "Breakfast Anytime Challenge "in Cooking Photo Forum, and also for mine and SO's dinner. As I was browning the sausage I thought that 1 pound would be too much, but went ahead and used it all. This went together very easy and did bake in the time stated. We both enjoyed the mellow flavor that the swiss cheese gave to this pie.And the amount of sausage was just right. This will be made again. Thanks for posting and "Keep Smiling :)
