  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Brown the sausage, saving the drippings.
  3. Set the sausage aside and add butter to the drippings to melt.
  4. Add the flour and salt and pepper to the butter and cook for about a minute.
  5. Add milk and stir until thick and bubbly. Set aside.
  6. Scramble eggs with onions and green pepper until soft set.
  7. Assemble pizzas with gravy on the bottom, then sausage, then eggs, then cheese.
  8. Cook for 12 minutes.
