“Wow! This is one great tasting wake-me-up, pick-me-up, boost-me-for-the-day recipe. I have been drinking these all week, and not sure that I could go without them now because of the great energy I get from them, and not just a burst of energy that sugar will give you, but the kind of energy that lasts all day. So so healthy! and so Yummy!! It does make quite a lot, like about 2 or 3 cups worth, but I like a big breakfast, so suits me fine, I can get through it without sharing a drop, hehe. Tweak this recipe all you like, I add and subtract things to it every time I make it, I dont want to get sick of this one! If you dont like to chew the seeds as you are drinking it (a part of it I rather enjoy) then just grind all the seeds and nuts together before adding to rest of mix. You can also freeze the banana to give a creamier consistency, although I keep forgetting to do this the night before, lol, oh well. I use Rice milk to make it, but you could use any milk, wont make a difference to taste. You could even add cocoa to put a chocolaty taste to it. Cinnamon is also a very tasty addition. Well, here it is:”
