  1. 1. Combine the eggs and egg whites. Fry in a pan to make scrambled eggs.
  2. 2. Place egg mixture in a large bowl and refrigerate until the mixture is chilled.
  3. 3. Dice precooked bacon and onion. Combine with the eggs. Grate colby cheese and add to the eggs. Stir in mayonnaise. Place in refrigerator.
  4. 4. When ready to serve, toast slices of bread. Spread egg mixture on toast, place under the broiler until eggs are bubbly and brown.
