I love this recipe! So simple but tasty! I had never used tofu before so I wasn't sure what I was getting myself into but I couldn't taste the tofu. I used the mixed berry mix that I buy from Sam's club. Next time I will add more tofu (1/2 of 14oz pkg instead of 1/4) to add more protein. I also chopped up some pecans and almonds and added it to the shake and ate it with a spoon. I just like to have something to chew. I too think that this makes enough for 1 serving. I did use a little sugar but next time I will use splenda or xylatol to sweeten it if needed. Thanks for the recipe.

DELICIOUS!! What a wonderful way of getting extra protein in your diet. My family loved this drink and gave it 2 HUGE thumbs up. We like our drinks thicker, so I used 1/2 of a 14 oz. pkg. of tofu for each drink. I made one drink with frozen peaches, and another drink with frozen mixed berries (blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries). Also, I used Splenda for the sweetener. Thank you YoungCook for a fantastic recipe...it is definitely a keeper!!

I had this as an evening snack rather than as a breakfast. I used frozen blueberries and quite enjoyed it. You're right -- can't even taste the tofu. I didn't feel it needed any added sugar or honey. I prefer smoothies to be a bit thicker, so next time I'll use more tofu. In my opinion, this recipe makes 1 serving.
