  • 1 cup plain unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 ounce vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon green tea powder
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana
  • 12 cup frozen peaches

directions

  • core the apple and cut into chunks, break up the banana.
  • into your blender, add the almond milk, then the powders, then the remaining ingredients.
  • pulse a few times to get everything going then blend for 2-3 minutes.
