Directions

  1. Cream together the eggs, sugar, applesauce and vanilla. Stir in and mix well the flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon. Fold in the chopped apples and the walnuts.
  2. Spread into a lightly greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 325°F for one hour or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
  3. Optional: Serve with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
  4. Enjoy!
