  • Mix all the above in large pot and bring to quick boil to dissolve salt and sugar. Let cool completely.
  • Pour over your chicken or pork in covered bowl and let soak for 4-6 hours.
  • Drain, pat meat dry with paper towel and prepare as you prefer.
