Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked & cubed
  • 1 medium potato, peeled & cubed
  • 12 cup milk
  • 2 (9 inch) unbaked pie crusts

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 and spray the pie plate with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Mix the soup, vegetables, chicken, potato and milk in a saucepan.
  3. Heat over medium heat until warmed.
  4. Place bottom piecrust into plate and press down.
  5. Pour the heated mixture into the piecrust.
  6. Top with top pie crust, fold the edges and crimp around the edges and then cut slits into the top.
  7. Bake for 1 hour.
