  1. 1. If the sun dried tomatoes are dry; it would be best to soak them in hot water for about 10 mins and drain, just so they are moist.
  2. 2. Cook the pasta you choose, in the way the package instructs you to.
  3. 3. Steam the broccoli in a steamer on the stovetop or in a microwave, using a little bit of water in a bowl and cover. Make sure that the broccoli is soft in the center but crisp just a little, and then drain the water.
  4. 4. Mix the pasta and broccoli in a bowl. Add the olive oil, sun-dried tomatoes, and parmesan cheese together. And mix for a very simple but tasty pasta recipe! Feel free to add your own seasoning/ fresh herbs!
