"This is my favorite broccoli recipe. I sometimes put ¼ cup stuffing mix in the casserole plus what's on top."

ingredients

20 ounces pk. frozen broccoli
1 egg
¹⁄₂ cup mayonnaise
¹⁄₄ cup onion
1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
¹⁄₄ cup melted butter
¹⁄₂ cup seasoned stuffing mix

directions

Cook broccoli according to directions.
Mix broccoli with egg, mayo, onion, soup & cheese Pour in casserole dish. I use a 7x9" x2"deep corning ware dish.
May add more cheese on top if wanted.
Mix stuffing with melted butter.
Pour over casserole.
Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
