  1. Delicious! I made this for Thanksgiving and it was a huge hit. I followed the recipe exactly, don't think I would change a thing. I will definitely be making again.

  2. Used this at Easter (again) and my familiy LOVED it. I replaced the chiles with a small jar of pimentos instead and it was delicious! Again I used "light" cheese and sour cream to help reduce the calories. This recipe is now a family favourite we will use for years!

  3. loved this only used all broccoli and omitted cauliflower... was delicious..... thankyou! didnt use green chilies this time with picky kids.....

  4. This is nicely zippy! I used fresh chiles, added bell pepper, and replaced the sour cream with hung curd. I couldn't find stuffing mix so I used cheese + crispy onions for topping, as suggested by someone else. This is the only way I like cooked cauliflower.

  5. Good golly this was good! I wish that I could give it more than 5 stars. I didn't use the stuffing mix,I used more cheese and French's fried onions. The leftovers made for a good breakfast also. Thanks...this was just delicious!

Hi, there! Thanks a bunch for stopping by. Before I tell you a little about myself, I'd like to start out with a GREAT BIG Thank You to all those who have taken the time to prepare, review and/or photograph my recipes. I wish I could thank each and every one of you personally, but without PM I'm unable to do so. Please know that your reviews and comments are very much appreciated! DH and I are semi-retired and loving it! The kids are grown and on their own, so we've got enough spare time to do the things we really love doing. We enjoy spending time with our four grandkids (pictured above), and also like camping, fishing and boating. As a hobby, we're into woodcrafting and participate in local craft shows and community fairs. We're also both active and involved in our church.
