1. This seemed very dry. The broccoli started to burn at about 25 min. Definitely cover this with foil. I felt like the breadcrumbs overpowered the taste of the veggies. Sorry Amber.

 2. I needed a side dish for lasagna at the last minute for my dinner party and decided on this. I was in a hurrry so I steamed the veggies until just firm and tossed with everything else (I used more butter, about 4 tablespoons, but I'd do it that way again!) and covered with foil and baked at 350 for about 20 minutes. This turned out looking rustic and was so delicious that I enjoyed it almost as much as the lasagna. My guests enjoyed it, too. Roxygirl Roxygirl

I am a working mom of a beautiful little girl Keira Lynn. Watching her grow has been such a joy! My husband and I were married in May of 2006 on the beautiful island of Kauai. Since discovering this site, I have been cooking much more and have found some incredible recipes. I absolutely love to cook and try out new recipes, but have a handful of family favorites that I make quite often. My husband loves to cook as much as I do. To avoid anyone monopolizing the kitchen, we have to designate who gets to cook dinner in advance. He specializes in Asian cuisine and I love trying new healthy recipes.
