  • Dice up broccoli and cauliflower to bite size pieces. Small dice the onion. Place all in a large bowl. Set aside.
  • Make the dressing:

  • In a separate bowl, add mayo, sugar or splenda, lemon juice, vinegar and salt and pepper and blend.
  • Add dressing to veggies and mix well.
  • Chill for an hour and Serve!
