Broccoli- Cheese Casserole

"I got this recipe from my Mother-in-law she makes this at Thanksgiving but, it would taste good any time you would like to fix it. However this is not a FAT FREE recipe use fat free ingredients at own risk. As for fat free ingredients have no flavor in my opinion. Best Dishes!!!"

  1. This was delicious. I have never had anything like this before, but I must say that it was really good. I will definitely make this again. Thanks!

  2. I have made this exact recipe for years! Glad to see it posted to share with everyone! In the past I have substituted veggies, it's very good made with asparagus, used different cheeses.... it's a very versital recipe.

  3. Yum! The whole family loved this (toddler included!). I used a bag and a half of broccoli but other than that, I followed the recipe as is. I will surely make this again!

  4. Due my personal tastes this recipe wasn't great for me. We found the cottage & cheddar cheese drowned the broccoli abit too much for us. If I do try this again I would cut those back.

  5. I made this recipe this weekend and it turned out good, not great but good. I felt that it was a little bland and this was after i added some oregano to the mixture. I used fat free cottage cheese and reduced fat cheddar cheese and the consistency still turned out great. This recipe is a keeper, though next time i'll add more spices to the mix.
