  1. Grease a 9x13 baking pan with the butter.
  2. Steam broccoli until partially cooked, about three minutes.
  3. Cool and press dry.
  4. Beat eggs and milk until frothy.
  5. Thoroughly mix dry ingredients.
  6. Stir into egg mixture.
  7. Fold in broccoli, cheese and onion.
  8. Spoon into baking dish, spreading evenly.
  9. Sprinkle with seasoned salt.
  10. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
  11. Cool 5 minutes and cut into squares.
