Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 lb red potatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • 1 (10 ounce) packagerefrigerated cooked chicken strips
  • 2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) cancampbell's broccoli cheese soup
  • 12 cup milk
  • 14 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 14 cup parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Heat oil in skillet. Add potatoes. cover and cook over medium heat about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Stir in chicken and broccoli.
  3. Mix soup, milk and garlic. Add to skillet.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Heat to a boil. Cover an cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done.
