- 2 (8 1/2 ounce) boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
- 6 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup chopped onion
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 8 ounces cottage cheese
- 1 (10 ounce) box chopped frozen broccoli
- 3⁄4 - 1 1⁄2 cup margarine
directions
- Melt margarine in a 9 x 13 pan.
- Chop broccoli and mix all other ingredients together and pour in pan with margarine.
- Bake 45 minutes at 325°F.
