- 3 cups broccoli, cut into small pieces
- 1 cup red onion, diced
- 1⁄2 cup feta cheese
- 1⁄2 cup raisins
- 1⁄4 cup sunflower seeds

DRESSING
- 1⁄2 cup yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper
directions
- Mix ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix dressing in a separate bowl & add to the 1st bowl.
- Voila summer refreshment.

I was drawn to this because it is unlike most typical broccoli salad recipes. The ones I am accustomed to have a lot of bacon and cheddar and sugar. The yogurt gives the salad a lovely tang; the feta gives it a nice saltiness and the sunflower seeds give it crunch and substance. I omitted the raisins because I do not care for them and the only thing I would change when making this again is perhaps adding a bit of vinegar to give it an extra kick. Overall it's a great veggie salad that dares to be a little unique. Thanks! :)
