This tastes great! It may be labor intensive, but when you love broccoli salad, it can be so worth it. I followed the directions except I substituted dark raisins (I had them on hand). I bought two packages of broccoli. I hope that's what was meant by two bunches. Two stalks just didn't look like enough. I only had 4 scallions (they came in bags of 3-4). The scallions were a bit too strong and a detraction from the rest of the flavors, so I think next time I'll stick with a sweet onion. Other than the scallion's overpowering the rest, this tastes divine. It'd be a 5 star recipe with regular onion. Thanks! Made for PAC Fall 08.
