Broccoli with Two-Cheese Horseradish Sauce

"This luxurious sauce is fantastic with the broccoli. It is dressy enough for a special meal, and a little bit different from ordinary cheese sauces."

  1. I love horseradish, so I knew I'd love this. You can definitely taste the horseradish, but it's not too strong. The sauce is nice and thick and stays right on top of the broccoli. I did cut some fat by making up half the amount of whipping cream with fat free half anf half. This is a keeper. Thanx!

  2. This is really tasty. I used fat free half and half also and the sauce was still good. If you like horseradish as much as I do you will love your broccoli this way.

  3. I did not let the sauce thicken enough but that was my fault not the recipe's. I used fat free half and half instead of cream. The flavor was really good. Great way to dress up boring broccoli.
