  1. Cook broccoli in water until tender. Drain and reserve the liquid.
  2. Melt butter in a large soup pot. Add flour, stirring constantly to make a roux. Add onions and saute until tender. Add liquids, stirring constantly to prevent lumping. Add cheeses, broccoli, worcestershire, salt and pepper. Contiue cooking until cheeses are melted.
  3. Add more water or milk if the soup is too thick.
