  1. Fabulous! My husband grew up with figs, but always had them either fresh or as homemade preserves. I made these for him, not being a huge fan of figs myself, and was shocked at how much I liked them as well! I've made them twice now, and plan to do a large batch for a dinner party this weekend. To simplify, I broiled them without the stalks, just with snipped rosemary. Thank you!

  2. This is a summer staple for us when our figs ripen. Simple to make and simply delicious! The blend of flavors is perfect. I infuse the honey with the rosemary leaves. Some family members prefer the figs without the cheese on top. For me, the whole package makes for the perfect amuse bouche.

  3. Hi greetings from Portugal, I have a fig tree in my front yard and this year looks like its going to be a good year for them, if I'm lucky I'll get 2 harvest out of them one in June and them other in Sept. I gave these a try last year and they were absolutly fabulous. thanks for sharing with us.

  4. Amazing! I had no rosemary stalks so I had to do without, but they were still fantastic. I served them one night as a dessert and another time with breakfast, both times to rave reviews. Thank you so much for posting!

  5. This was simply a divine way to do fresh figs. I used greek thyme honey and feta for the goat cheese. This was sensational. With the rich sweetness of the figs and honey, hint of citrus and herb from the rosemary, and the salty piquancy of the feta (in our case). A keeper!
