- 1⁄2 garlic clove, minced
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 1⁄2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 12 ounces flounder fillets (see note in description)

directions
- Preheat broiler.
- Spray broiler pan/rack with Pam.
- Using the flat side of a knife mash the garlic and salt together to form a paste.
- In a small cup or bowl combine the garlic with the next 3 ingredients (mustard - horseradish).
- Sprinkle both sides of fish with pepper and then transfer fish to the prepared broiler pan.
- Using a pastry brush or a knife, brush garlic/mustard mixture over one side of fish.
- Broil for 5 minutes or until fish is done and flakes easily with a fork.

This is a really yummy, simple way to make fish--can't have too many of those recipes :). I didn't have any horseradish, so I changed things up a bit and used Dijon mustard for flavor. I would probably add a little more salt next time, but otherwise this is great! Served with Recipe #121201 and Recipe #313722. Thanks for posting!
