  • Meat

  • 5 (8 ounce) thick-cut sirloin steaks
  • 12 cup fat-free margarine, melted
  • pepper, to taste
  • sea salt, to taste
  • Marinade

  • 2 cups Guinness stout
  • 2 cups Coca-Cola
  • 14 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons onions, minced
  • 2 tablespoons pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sea salt

  • Mix marinade ingredients in a large bowl with a secure lid.
  • Using the tines of a fork, pierce the steaks on both sides several times.
  • Drown steak in marinade, cover tightly, and chill overnight.
  • Set the oven to broil, and line a large baking pan with foil.
  • Remove the steak from the marinade, and set it aside.
  • Place steaks in pan, and brush with half of margarine. Broil 6 inches from the heat source for 8 minutes.
  • Turn steaks, and brush with remaining margarine. Broil additional 5 minutes.
  • Brush steaks with remaining marinade; broil 2 minutes and remove from oven.
  • Season steaks to taste with pepper and sea salt.
