ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb)
¹⁄₄ cup Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon minced garlic
¹⁄₂ teaspoon pepper
¹⁄₂ teaspoon grated lemon peel
vegetable oil

directions

Lightly flatten chicken to uniform thickness.
For marinade combine Worcestershire sauce and next 4 ingredients pour over chicken. Cover and marinade 30 min turning once.
Place chicken on broiler pan brush with oil broil 3-4 min on each side.
